The last Spanish Habsburg

Charles II of Spain had an inbreeding coefficient of 0.254, a 2009 study of 16 generations of Spanish Habsburgs found, about the level of a child of a brother and sister. He had no children, and his death in 1700 set off the War of the Spanish Succession.
